We take the “complicated” out of an employer’s human resources approach.  We customize our services, based on the needs of an employer at a point in time.  We recognize that different employers have different needs, so we stay flexible and work to meet the needs of our clients by having a variety of engagement types available for employers.  We work:

  • On a One-Time Flat-Fee Basis

We provide employee handbook updates and trainings on a one-time, flat fee basis.  We recognize that one employee handbook does not serve the needs of all employers.  We partner with our clients to ensure that their policies are not only compliant, but that they meet the business needs and culture of their workplace.

  • On an Annual Flat-Fee Basis

We understand budgets and the need for predictable expense.  This is why we offer an annual service contract for clients, serving as their on-call human resources and employment law advisor.  We advise employers on how to handle discipline matters, leaves of absences, accommodation requests, and the various other matters that develop with employees in a workplace.

  • On an Hourly Basis

At the client’s request, all work can be done on an hourly basis.  In addition, unexpected events happen with employees in the workplace.An employee (or former employee) might file a discrimination charge with the EEOC or a report a concern of a workplace safety hazard to OSHA.  Or, the Department of Labor may request an audit of your 401(k) retirement plan.  We help employers work through these challenging situations in an efficient manner on a reasonable hourly basis.  We regularly communicate with our clients, so they understand the work that is being performed and have the opportunity to collaborate on the approach.
